Chiniot Wooden Furniture specializes in premium handcrafted wooden furniture and home décor products. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
We reserve the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the website after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, dimensions, and specifications are accurate and up to date. However, as wood is a natural material, variations in color, grain, texture, and finish are normal. Individual screen settings may also cause slight differences between the product shown online and the actual item.
Sheesham wood is a living natural material and may contain natural characteristics such as knots, pith, and spiral grain. These are not manufacturing defects but are part of the wood’s natural structure. In some cases, these natural characteristics may lead to minor issues over time.
Due to seasonal changes in temperature and humidity, solid Sheesham wood may naturally expand, contract, or move. As a result, joints may become more visible, and in some cases, the wood may release natural oils, which can cause slight changes in the paint or finish. These are natural properties of solid wood and are not considered defects.
If any repair is required due to these natural wood movements, Chiniot Wooden Furniture will provide repair services free of labor charges for one (1) year from the date of delivery. Minor issues that can be resolved on-site may be repaired at the customer’s location. However, if the issue requires specialized machinery or workshop equipment, the furniture must be sent to our Chiniot workshop for repair.
Within one (1) year: Repair workmanship will be provided free of charge. The customer is responsible for transportation costs to and from our workshop.
After one (1) year: All repair, transportation, and related costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept the natural characteristics and movement of solid wood as part of its unique beauty and craftsmanship.
Orders are confirmed and production begins only after the required advance payment has been received.
Our standard payment schedule is as follows:
The estimated production and delivery timeline begins only after the initial 50% advance payment has been received.
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of making the advance payment and receive a full refund of the advance paid.
After the first 24 hours, production planning and manufacturing processes begin.
If an order is cancelled within 72 hours of confirmation, 25% of the total order value will be deducted to cover design preparation, technical drawings, material planning, and wood cutting carried out specifically for the order.
Customized or made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled once production has started, as these products are manufactured according to the customer’s specific requirements.
We provide delivery services across Pakistan. Delivery timelines and shipping charges may vary depending on the destination, product size, and availability.
While we make every effort to deliver orders within estimated timeframes, delays caused by logistics providers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns, refunds, and order cancellations are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Requests received outside the specified timeframe may not be eligible for approval.
